Qualifications: Even though this is a work from home job in your own home office, you must reside in Lake Havasu City, Arizona.
  • Must be available for a 4 week virtual training class (Monday-Friday, 9a-6p CST)  
  • Schedules include working afternoons, evenings and weekends (Saturday and Sunday)
These are some of the responsibilities you must be able to complete for this position:

Responsibilities:
  • Handling incoming calls efficiently
  • Handling reservations for offices while promoting the benefits of renting with the company
  • Consistently meet established performance and quality standards
  • Locate and interpret complex information from a number of databases
  • Communicate information considered unsatisfactory by customers in a tactful manner
  • Handle multiple tasks (ie., talking with customers while accessing information in a computer)
  • Offer alternatives and options to overcome objections
  • Maintain a courteous and pleasant demeanor while speaking with external and internal customers
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
  • Able to learn quickly in a technical environment
  • Computer literacy required - able to successfully navigate and maneuver across multiple applications simultaneously
  • Good typing, data entry and spelling skills
  • Self-starter and disciplined; not easily distracted while working at home
  • Ability to trouble-shoot and fix minor computer problems independently 
  • Excellent customer service, sales, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication including grammar and voice quality
  • Detail oriented, ability to multitask, strong sense of urgency and commitment to excellence
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision
Qualifications:
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Minimum of 6 months sales experience
  • Minimum of 6 months previous customer service experience
  • Minimum 1 year work experience at the same employer
  • Previous sales experience in a retail or customer service environment or equivalent, preferred
  • Basic computer navigation skills and ability to toggle between different computer screens and programs
  • Must have the ability to meet PC and Internet requirements
  • Must be able to work 40 hours per week
  • Must be able to work afternoon and evening schedules, based on business need
  • Apart from religious observation must be able to work both weekend days (Saturday & Sunday)
Work From Home Requirements: 
  • Must live in Lake Havasu City, Arizona 
  • Have permanent residence with a defined working space that is clean, ventilated and quiet
  • Working space with working smoke detector, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit
Work From Home Technical Requirements:
  • Computer (PC, no Mac)
  • OS Version: Windows XP SP3 or Windows 7 (Windows Vista and Windows 8 are not supported)
  • Computer USB Headset with Microphone or PC speakers and microphone
  • High speed Internet access provided by a cable or DSL provider (Satellite broadband does not meet our requirements)
    • Minimum up load speed of 1000 kbps (1.0 mbps)
    • Minimum down load speed of 3000 kbps (3.0 mbps)

Corporate Travel Counselor (Work at home) American Express



The Corporate Travel Counselor will be responsible for servicing American Express Business Travel customers: 
Duties:
Making and maintaining reservations including, but not limited to, air, cars, and hotels for domestic and international travel in a call center environment. 
Will provide consultative advice on efficient routings, lowest fares, and travel services. 
Ensures optimum customer service through effective use of computer systems, telephone service techniques, act on special customer requests and develop and maintain excellent client relationships.

 Qualifications:
The Ideal candidate will possess the following:

* At least 2-3+ years of corporate travel experience is required; current experience is highly preferred.
* GDS experience is required, current Sabre experience is  preferred.
* Extensive International faring, construction of complex itineraries and destination knowledge is required.
* Written and oral communication skills
* Candidate should have excellent relationship skills, be accurate, have strong time management skills, and be a team player.
* Call center experience and/or travel school completion is highly preferred.
